While the offensive linemen and receivers in the 2020 NFL Draft, class are undeniably talented, no players are garnering more attention this year than the quarterbacks. Burrow has been the surefire top pick for quite some time, but there should be plenty of drama unfolding around the remaining first-round quality signal-callers and where they will land.
Tua Tagovailoa once believed to be the no-brain selection for a QB-needy franchise after Burrow was gone, but that is no longer the case, and the odds reflect the shift in thinking. Tua’s projected draft position has fallen from 3.5 to 5.5, and many books currently have significant liability on the quarterback selected after Oregon’s Justin Herbert. Herbert has been steadily climbing up big boards and is now only slightly behind Tagovailoa to be the second quarterback drafted according to oddsmakers.
Herbert is now +110 to be the next QB off the board after Burrow, while Tua is down to -160. Bettors can find -135 odds on Herbert being the third signal-caller selected, while Tagovailoa is +125 on that same wager. Many question marks are surrounding the Draft, particularly about 2020 NFL draft picking up Chicago Bears complete list.
