MIAMI (AP) — American famous Rapper and singer Kodak Black has been sentenced to more than 3 years of period in federal prison after emotionally appealed guilty to weapons case stemming from his arrest just before a scheduled concert performance in May.

The Black 22, confessed in August that he fabricated information on federal forms to buy 4 firearms from a Miami-area gun shop on two different occasions.
Black also has drugs, weapons, and sexual molestation charges in other states.

Black is born in Florida was born to Haitian American parents as Dieuson Octave and now goes by the legal name of Bill Kapri.
He was collared during a Miami-area hip-hop festival in May that was marred by many violent incidents.
The rapper is famous for songs such as “ZeZe” and “Roll in Peace.”
