CobraKai Season 4 Officially In Production The Karate Kid Spin-Offs Next Season

Cobra Kai Season 4 officially underway, The Karate Kid has had a healthy run on Netflix, finding a natural home after starting life as a premium show on YouTube. The streaming giant confirmed season 4 was in the works at the same. While there is no official release date yet, it is looking pretty likely we’ll see the story continued in 2022.

The Crew announced the beginning of filming with a tweet that featured an image of the script from the Season 4 premiere. The title of the episode is called “ Lets Begin,” which calls back to the reveal of Daniel and Johnny working together at the very end of Season 3.

Cobra Kai Season 4 The Cast We Expect To Return

In addition to revealing, at the start of production Netflix also announced that some changes were being made to the cast of Cobra Kai.

The continual actors Peyton List and Vanessa Rubio are being promoted to Season 4 since we can see a lot more of their characters. Rubio will play Miguel’s mother, Carmen who just began a romantic relationship with Johnny at the end of last season. 


Also, there are two brand new members of the cast being added lineup for Season 4. Dallas Dupree Young and Oona O’Brien will be appearing in Season 4, though their roles have not been revealed. 

All three seasons from 1 to 3 of Cobra kai are currently streaming on Netflix.
