Dallas-based rapper Melvin Noble a.k.a. Mo3 has died after being shot by a suspect who chased him on foot on I-35E Wednesday.Sources have confirmed that Mo3 was driving on the RL Thornton Freeway in Dallas when another car pulled up next to him and started shooting. The rapper’s car crashed into a concrete barrier while the shooting caused other drivers to scramble in an attempt to get away from the scene.
According to the Police reports, the incident began as the victim was traveling on northbound I-35E at Clarendon Drive just before 12 p.m. A suspect got out of a vehicle armed with a gun and began approaching the victim’s vehicle. Police did not say if the vehicles had been stopped. They said that the victim, who sources identified as 28-year-old Noble, also got out of his vehicle and began running southbound on the freeway. The suspect chased the victim and fired multiple rounds at him, striking the victim at least once, police said. Also, an innocent bystander who was inside his vehicle was struck by the gunfire. Both the victims were taken to a hospital, where sources said Noble was pronounced dead on reaching the hospital.
As of now the investigations are continued and the police haven’t caught the perpetrator. Also, the reason behind the murder is still obscure and unverified.

Within minutes after his murder the social media was inundated with the news of his unexpected demise. Eminent personalities including Kristin Diaz, an anchor for local station 1080 KRLD, also reported on the shooting, which occurred in the Oak Cliff neighborhood on I-35.

Also, the graphic videos of his death have circulated on social media, showing the victim lying on the highway as another individual performs CPR.
Born on May 31, 1993, American rapper Mo3 grew up in a rough area of North Dallas. He had a tough childhood where his family struggled day in and out to make both ends meet. Rising to heights as a well known and accepted hip-hop musician was hence a risky enterprise for Mo3.

Mo3 exploded onto the scene in 2014 with his first mixtape, Shottas. However its popularity paled in comparison to his follow-up project Shottaz Reloaded, its two singles “Gangsta Love” and “Hold Ya Tongue” was streamed over ten million times together. The popularity of the project earned him cosigns from Lil Ronny, Dorrough, and his favorite artist Boosie Badazz. 
Not long afterward Mo3 started working closely with Boosie Badazz’s label, Bad Azz Music Label. In October of 2016, he released his next mixtape, Four Indictments Gangsta Love, Pt. 1, Shottaz 3.0, and 911: Gangsta Grillz. During that time he worked with artists like Trapboy Freddy, Young OG, Phat Boy Phresh, Co Gotti, and more. In 2017, he was signed to Epic Records.
The tragedy of his death comes less than a year after the rapper dropped his solo album Osama and about nine months following his and Boosie’s collaborative project Badazz Mo3. His sudden and unexpected demise has left all hip-hop freaks in dismay. He will be missed forever!
