    Halle Berry Demonstrates 3 Exercises For Muscular Arms

    American actress Halle Berry had revealed out her workout tips for keeping muscular arms and toned shoulders. Halle posted the demonstration videos at her Instagram stories. The video shows that she is accompanied by her trainer Peter lee. The actress also made a muscular post at Instagram showing off her raised hand which included a closeup photo of her sweaty, toned arms.

    In the photo, the Bruised actress, wears her black wrist weights, which can provide additional support. The actress captioned the stunning picture as “Happy #FitnessFriday y’all!     The actress along with the trainer Peter shows three sets of workout methods namely Shoulder circles, Flys and finally Touchdown Plyo Squats.

    Shoulder Circles
    Shoulder Circles

    Shoulder circle can be done standing upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms hanging loosely by your sides. This is the starting position. Then move your shoulders in a circle like fashion, bringing them backwards, upward, forward, and then down to the starting position.

    Flys
    Flys

    Flys can be done by putting your feet together and bend your knees and push your butt behind you. Fly your arms back behind you, squeezing the back and shoulder muscles, and then bring them in and make your wrists meet at your centre.

    Touchdown Plyo Squats will make your few more body parts get engaged. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart, shoulders rolled back, abs tight, and belly button sucked. Bend your knees and squat until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Make sure your knees are above your ankles, and apply force with your legs, push yourself upwards into a jump, straightening your body. Land softly into the squat position.
