The Man of Steel star Henry Cavill is working hard for the Durrell Challenge. Durrell Challenge 2020 is a 13,000 race held in Jersey, Channels Islands. The 13K race challenge sponsored by Butterfield is scheduled on Sunday 27 September 2020.
The British Henry Cavill actor is best known for his role as Superman in the movie “Man of Steel” is getting ready to participate in the challenge. He wrote on Instagram that he is upping his post weights cardio workout to get some extra conditioning.

“The Durrell Challenge is sneaking ever closer! September 27th to be exact. Personally, It’s been tough for me to fit runs in of late, but I’m upping my post weights cardio during the wee hours to get some extra conditioning in! It’s important to note that travel is tricky at the moment and definitely not recommended if you can avoid it. As per the Government of Jersey’s update with regard to the Public Health Department’s police for mass gatherings and events, the Durrell challenge is decided to significantly reduce the event size. Organisers of the challenge have announced that all runners who are not residents of Jersey will be transferred onto the Virtual Durrell Challenge 13K, 2020.
Henry Cavill is the Race Ambassador and will be a supporter of the event. VIP fundraisers will receive a welcome drink and light buffet, also the opportunity to meet the race ambassador Henry Cavill.
