J.LO was extremely enthusiastic about the election results which she expressed in her recent cover story for ELLE magazine, Lopez shared her thoughts on the 2020 presidential election, stating that she felt obligated to help campaign for the Democratic nominees.

“I’ve told everybody who works around me, all my family, ‘Don’t even talk to me if you haven’t voted.’ The world right now is so confusing to me, because I feel like we all know that things need to change,” Lopez told the magazine. “It doesn’t matter if you’re Republican or Democrat, if you’re looking at the world right now, you know that we can do better—you know that. We can’t stay with [the Trump] administration, we just can’t. It’s the definition of insanity.”

The inauguration ceremony takes place at noon ET tomorrow, Jan. 20, with heightened security measures in place due to the increased threat of armed protests and riots across the country. While the proceedings will look different due to health and safety precautions as well, there is still fanfare to be expected.
