The writer-Director of the upcoming movie “The Suicide Squad” James Gunn revealed exclusive images of the movie today on his social media accounts. In a recent interview with the “Empire”, he gives a hint that no characters are safe in the movie, and the writer-director is warning fans to not get too attached to the characters. Today James had shared exclusive images along with the link of an interview he did with “Empire”.
Gunn made direct interaction with the fan comments, started a Twitter conversation promoting “The Suicide Squad” asking fans which two characters are likely to survive. As a reply comment Gunn revealed the shocking news to fans “In The Suicide Squad, some of the characters end up being good, some end up being terrible. They don’t just get in fights and say they’re going to kill each other, they actually do get in fights and kill each other,” Gunn explained. “You really don’t know who’s going to live and who’s going to die. I was given full freedom to kill anyone—and I mean anyone—by DC.”-added James Gunn on killing characters.
Former WWE superstar and rising Hollywood prospect, John Cena, who joins the team as a vigilante Peacemaker. Earlier it was announced that HBO Max had ordered a TV show spinoff focused on John Cena’s character from the film. Gunn himself will be writing the first season episodes and directing a few of them.
Recently Gunn had responded to some of his fans regarding the death of the character Yondu (Michael Rooker) in Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2. The fans are much awaiting for the release of the movie. The Suicide Squad is expected to hit theatres Aug. 6, 2021.
