South African leg-spinner Imran Tahir, one of the best T20 bowlers in the world right now, but the Chennai Super Kings have not used him in IPL 2020 so far. Earlier many gossip had come that the leg spinner is having some issues with the CSK management.

Even though the CSK team have not found another talented overseas leggie. Still, CSK is not placing Tahir in their playing XI. Tahir won the Purple Cap award in the previous season of IPL. At the toss of the game between CSK and SRH, CSK skipper MS Dhoni says about the team combination “One change – Chawla in for Jagadeesan. We thought about him (Tahir) but the combination isn’t letting us.”
The four overseas players slot are filled with two all-rounders, Bravo and Sam Curran along with two top-order batsmen Faf du Plessis and Watson.
