Natalia Bryant is the daughter of the deceased American Basketball player Kobe Bryant on January 26, 2020, in a helicopter crash. Natalia’s sister and Kobe Bryant’s daughter Gianna Bryant also died in that accident.
Newly released information shows the pilot appears to be have been disoriented by the weather conditions, even telling air traffic control he was climbing in altitude when he was actually descending. The helicopter crashed and caught fire in Calabasas, California, near the intersection of Las Virgenes Road and Willow Glen Street, as reported by a 9-1-1 emergency call at 9:47 a.m.

Soon after the unfortunate incident, Natalia started to back off from her social media accounts for a while. Even after her return to the social media accounts by the mid of 2020, she kept posting about her father and sister. Around 200 people gathered at the foot of the hill close to the crash, with many wearing Bryant’s jersey and holding basketballs.
People also formed an impromptu memorial at the Staples Center, the home arena of the Los Angeles Lakers (the team that Bryant had played for during his entire 20 year NBA career, from 1996 to 2016) just hours before the arena was scheduled to host the Grammy Awards.
