The Satellite Awards 2021, has recently announced the list of the nominees in various categories. Celebrating the 25th year of ‘Satellite Awards,’ this time it seems to be coming up with something new, something innovative. As soon as the various categories and the nominees were announced, it was found out that the ‘Outlander’ fame Caitriona Balfe, often known as ‘Claire’ has also made it up to the nomination list!

One who has witnessed the battle of Scottish clans in the periodic drama series ‘Outlander,’ might have come across the charismatic dramatics of Caitriona Balfe, playing the eponymous as Claire, the time travelling woman. Known for her magical chemistry test with her co-actor Sam Heughan in ‘Outlander, she has elevated herself beyond excellence. After completely watching the entire series, one might find it hard to fit any other actress into the role of Claire, such was her acting versatility. No wonder that she was nominated for the Satellite Awards.

She got nominated for the awards along with other actresses including Sandra Oh(Killing Eve), Laura Linney (Ozark), Maggie Siff (Billions), Olivia Colman (The Crown) and Phoebe Dynevor (Bridgerton)

The ‘Outlander’ has been ranked among all those series which is most widely watched for over a past few months. Having successfully completed their journey of five long seasons, the entire cast and crew is getting prepared for its final season it seems. The fans are eagerly anticipating to know more about the mystery behind Jamie as a ghost in ‘Outlander Season 6.’
