Ray Fisher aka Cyborg in the DC Extended Universe is coming claiming that the announcement of Ben Affleck’s Batman returning in the “Flash” feature movie is timed to distract the “Justice League” investigation.
It’s been a month since Ray Fisher announced that Warner Media has launched an independent investigation into the “toxic and abusive work environment” accusations he has made about the experience he had filming for the DC Comics movie Justice League.
Ray Fisher about the Affleck’s Batman return in “Flash”
Fisher wrote on Twitter “Unfortunately, the fake Frosty news with Jason wasn’t the only PR tactic used to distract from the seriousness of the JL situation. Ben returning as Batman was clearly meant to be revealed at DC Fandom. I’ll give you one guess as to why @wbpictures likely jumped the gun.”
On July 1, Fisher tweeted about the misconduct and abusive, unprofessional behaviour from Whedon. He wrote “Joss Wheadon’s on-set treatment of the cast and crew of Justice League was gross, abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. He was enabled, in many ways, by Geoff Johns and Jon Berg.”
Recently another DC Extended Universe cast, Jason Momoa stood in support for Fisher. Jason wrote on Instagram “THIS SHIT HAS TO STOP AND NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT Ray Fisher AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO EXPERIENCED WHAT HAPPEN UNDER THE WATCH OF WB Pictures NEEDS PROPER INVESTIGATION I just think it’s fucked up that people released a fake Frosty announcement without my permission to try to distract from Ray Fisher speaking up about the shitty way we were treated on Justice League reshoots. Serious stuff went down. It needs to be investigated and people need to be held accountable.”
Many commented to Ray Fisher’s recent tweet showing their support for Fisher. One of the fans commented “This is so sad Ray, I’m sorry you and others had to suffer like this. We’re glad that you can speak up. We’re glad that we can help you.
To the VICTORy!!!!! PEACE!!!! You know!!!!!! You already know”
