The 27-year-old pop star Ariana Granda announced the news on Instagram Sunday afternoon with a series of photos showing her in the embrace of her now-fiancé, Dalton Gomez.
Grande was previously engaged to “SNL” star Pete Davidson after meeting him during her stint on “SNL.” Love blossomed for the pop star and the comedian, and they became engaged just weeks after making their relationship Instagram official. The two called off their engagement in October 2018.
A month later, Grande released “thank u, next.” The opening lines of the song mention Davidson along with her other exes Big Sean, Ricky Alvarez and Mac Miller, who died of a drug overdose in September 2018.
The singer posted several pictures to her account featuring herself and her boyfriend Dalton Gomez, followed by a large ring. The captions reads: “forever n then some.” The alleged engagement ring is a large diamond solitaire with a pearl to one side of the stone.
The pair who had been dating since January, announced the news of their relationship to the public in May with the release of Grande’s song “Stuck with U,” in collaboration with Justin Bieber. In the music video, Grande and Gomez are seen together for the first time dancing together at the end of the song. Reportedly been quarantined together has emboldened and consolidated their bond as a couple together.

To speak more about Gomez, he works in real estate as a buyers agent for the luxury firm Aaron Kirman Group in Beverly Hills, California. The firm’s website says he was born and raised in Southern California and is a 5-year veteran of the industry.

Also Ariana’s parents and brother showed up expressing their joy, love and blessings to their daughter and her fiance.
“They couldn’t be happier, they’re just so excited. This is a happy time for them, both sets of parents are thrilled,” a recent news report said of Grande and Gomez, who is a real estate agent.
Grande’s mom, Joan, later shared her excitement on Twitter. “I am so excited to welcome Dalton Gomez into our family! Ariana, I love you and Dalton so much!!!! Here’s to happily ever after! YAY! xoxoxo,” she wrote.
Grande’s brother, Frankie, also congratulated the newly engaged pair. “I am so happy for you both and so excited to (officially) welcome Dalton into the family! YAY! This is just the beginning of a long-lasting life filled with laughter & love. Ugh. I love you both! HAPPY ENGAGEMENT!” he wrote in the comments section of his sister’s announcement post.
