Sharon Osbourne, is a British-American television personality, entertainment manager, and author. She is married to heavy metal singer and songwriter Ozzy Osbourne and came to prominence after appearing on ‘The Osbournes’, a reality television show that aired on MTV, which featured her own family’s turbulent domestic routines. Osbourne is a colon cancer survivor and her husband, rocker Ozzy Osbourne, has Parkinson’s disease.

When Covid-19 broke out all over the world, back in March 2020, their daughter Kelly Osbourne expressed concern for their health amidst the pandemic.”I wish there was something I could say to comfort you all. Some wisdom I could drop on you to relieve you from the fear that surrounds us all right now,” she wrote on Instagram. “The truth is I am scared too. Both of my parents are at high risk, especially my dad

In September this year, Osbourne quarantined and appeared on her show via video link after she said one of her young granddaughters had tested positive. She herself tweeted on Monday confirming she was tested positive for the virus. The 68-year-old is currently a host on the CBS daytime chat show ‘The Talk’ and said on Monday she would return home after a brief hospital stay.

Apparently her Co-host Carrie Ann Inaba had told last week that she had tested positive for the virus. Osbourne will self-isolate away from her husband, rock musician Ozzy Osbourne, who she said had tested negative. But in an interview, last month, the 72-year-old Ozzy had said his health conditions, including emphysema, make him especially vulnerable to COVID-19.
