US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo held a video discussion with seven countries aimed at isolating China and advising on investing in other countries instead of China, according to the reports.
The US is consulting with countries including India, Australia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, and South Korea. In the conference, Key suggestions were taken, including how to deal with the economic impact amid of Corona Virus. There exist a ‘gleam of hope’ Larry Kudlow on economic impact and unemployment.

According to statements, it was decided not to rely entirely on China for commercial purposes. “Mike Pompeo and his counterparts discussed the importance of international cooperation, transparency, and accountability in combating the COVID-19 pandemic and in addressing its causes,” State Department Spokesperson Morgan Ortagus said.

Counterparts include India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Australian foreign minister Marise Payne, Brazilian foreign minister Ernesto Henrique Fraga Araujo, Israeli foreign minister Yisrael Katz, Japanese foreign minister. Taro Kono and South Korean foreign minister Kang Kyung-Wha, the State Department, said in a press release on Monday.
Mike Pompeo created “new kingdom relationship”
The conference, which described as the “new kingdom relationship,” discussed the importance of international cooperation, transparency, and responsibility in battling the COVID-19 pandemic and in reviewing its causes.
Last month, Pompeo had said that the US government was working with Australia, India, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, and Vietnam to “move the global economy forward” and investigate restructuring “supply chains to prevent something like this from ever happening again.”
Also, his recent meetings at the Israel country is one of the most expected future mission for the US.
The meeting of the representatives also reviewed collaboration toward preventing future global health crises.
