Wrong Turn 7

Wrong Turn is an upcoming German-American slasher film directed by Mike P. Nelson and written by Alan McElroy. The film is a reboot and the seventh instalment of the Wrong Turn film series. The film stars Charlotte Vega, Adain Bradley, Dylan McTee, Daisy Head, Emma Dumont, Bill Sage and Matthew Modine.

The new installment from the franchise is set to present a new group of cannibals called The Foundation. Trailer was released earlier. The movie trailer previews the upcoming bloodbath with a political bent. The narrator of the trailer teases the legacy of the cannibalistic inbred family and their desire to form a new country. The clip begins rather simply, as a new group of young, good-looking twenty-somethings venture into the woods for some camping fun before they encounter the traps set by the dwellers of the woods.

The trailer for Wrong Turn 7 features several new traps that have yet to be seen in the franchise before and a possible cannibal who dons a skull as a mask. In a haunting three-second scene, they are standing behind a wall of fire, preparing to show themselves to whoever is looking at them. The traps featured in the trailer are hidden ditches, which appear to be a system of tunnels, as a character is pulled down one by a chain. There is also a swinging tire with spikes in it and several other spiked objects that could drop directly onto the head of a passerby or swing at them from above. One of the most astounding traps includes the use of a tripwire.

Wrong Turn 7 is guaranteed to deliver the scares that made the 2003 movie so great and make up for the failures of other instalments. Thus the new season is believed to be a reboot to the franchise. The movie is expected to premiere on 26th January 2021.
